“Well, what’s the good news?” asked the patient.

“I’ve received your test results” replied the doctor.

“And then?” asked the patient.

“There was written you have 24 houres to live” said the doctor.

“OMG” responded the patient, “That’s terrible, and what’s the very bad news?”

“I’ve tried to tell you this yesterday, but you didn’t answer the phone.”
